Additional Comments: I am very familiar with the housing development and I am looking for a place to live. It would be myself and my 11 year old son. I would need at least one bedroom or two if you have it. I work in Wayne and would like my son to attend the Wayne schools. If you are looking to sublet, that would be a possibility. The rental amount I stated above is flexible. I of course would rather pay less but if need be I can pay more also.
